If you have submitted the New Event Form it is not necessary for you to also submit a flyer request. This form is for people who have already submitted their events but did not previously order a flyer. To order your flyer, please complete the form below.
- Note: It is the responsibility of the ministry to cover the cost of printing the flyer. Submitting this form will ensure you receive an electronic version of the flyer.
