BUILDING USAGE FORM

    If you would like to serve a room/space for your church event or group meeting, please fill out the request form below. Please give our Rentals and facilities manager Sis. King as much lead time as possible in order to secure your preferred date and time and ensure church cleanliness.

    Sis. King will send a confirmation/denial email to you as soon as possible. Though the date may be shown as open on the church calendar outside groups/organizations or non-church activities may be going on. 

    Once your space reservation has been approved, be sure to promote/publicize your event in one or more of our church or community publications.

    First Time New Meetings and Events: If this is a new meeting or event, please communicate with Pastor or appropriate leadership​ before planning your event​. After receiving confirmation, fill out the following form to reserve a room or space for your church event.

    Note: This form is for church-related events for church members only. If you are not associated with our church but want to rent a room/space for your event at Refreshing Springs, you can request a facility rental on our rental reservations page.
